With loving husband Bob at her side, our beloved Nicole passed away peacefully on May 2, 2016 at the Ottawa General Hospital at the age of 61. Devoted mother of John (Genevieve) and James (Carmen). Cherished daughter of Rose (née Mester) and the late Norbert Lecour. Dear sister of Danielle Moore (Fred Eaton) and André Lecour and sister-in-law of Pat (Dan), loving aunt of her nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 6 at Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Avenue. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 7 in Beechwood’s Sacred Space with interment in the National Military Cemetery. Nicole lived her life with joy and passion. She created unique relationships with all the people she encountered in her business and personal life. She served many as a successful mortgage broker, especially Canadian Forces and RCMP members. Her vibrant energy, infectious personality and beautiful soul will be missed but never forgotten. Many thanks for the wonderful care Nicole received from the Cancer Centre and from the staff on the General’s sixth and fifth floors.
