In Ottawa, on Monday, October 9, 2017; age 77 years. Beloved wife of David Hawkes. Loving mother of Michael Hawkes and Peter (Connie) Hawkes. Cherished grandmother of Grace and James. Daughter of the late Ivan and Dora Wilson. Nieces Kathy and Susan. Predeceased by brother William “Bill” Wilson.

Funeral Arrangements under the care and direction of Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa). A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 16th, 2017 at 2 p.m. in Beechwood’s Sacred Space. For those who wish to make a donation in Sally’s memory may do so towards C.H.E.O.

Sally and I always had our Hi Sal moment whenever we bumped into each other.
She was always a threat to me when I was opposite her on the tennis court.
