Jennifer Celms

February 26, 1977 -  May 18, 2017

Passed away peacefully at the age of 40 years after a long courageous battle with brain cancer. Jennifer leaves behind her loving parents John and Louise, her sister Sylvie as well as nephew Alex and nieces Tyanna and Bryanna. She will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Visitation will take place at Beechwood, Funeral Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Ave., on Thursday, May 25th at 10am. The Memorial Service will begin at 11am with interment to follow. The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Bayshore Palliative Home Care Team and the Elizabeth Bruyère 5B Palliative Care wing for their exceptional care in Jennifer’s final days. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Jennifer’s memory to the Elizabeth Bruyère Palliative Care Unit.
