Jim and I go back many years in building 155 and later in Cumberland House and of course the Legion. We both strove for excellence in our fields of endeavour, he with an electrical background and I with an avionics background. We both went on many field trips training young technicians how to do things right when it came to aircraft repairs. Jim was a great leader who knew how to make the best both of good and bad scenarios. He will be sorely missed by all. He was also a supporter of the Knights of the Round Table and his wise counsel will be remembered.
