William "Bill" Patrick Marsden

March 3, 1933 - February 13, 2017

Passed away peacefully in the presence of his family at the Montfort Hospital, in Ottawa, on Monday, February 13, 2017; age 83 years. Beloved husband of Louise Marsden (Villeneuve). Cherished father of Mary K. Marsden (friend Chris Lautenslager), Sean Marsden (Tina Dauphinee), Patrick Marsden (Erin), Kelly Marsden (Daniel Champagne) and Brendan Marsden (Joanne). Loving grandfather of Amanda, Laura, Danny, Astrid, Anders, Hunter, Kiana, Eamon and Teagan. Predeceased by his mother Kathleen McGovern and brother Pat Marsden.

Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services. A Memorial Mass will take place on Friday, February 17, 2017 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 400 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa at 12:00 noon. I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was such a wonderful and kind man and I know how much he loved his family and how proud he was of all of you. He genuinely cared about everybody he met and always loved to share a story. He had an amazing life and will truly be missed. Go Irish!!
