I was very sad to hear of Tom's passing. It was always enjoyable when Tom would stop by my cubicle and have a discussion with me. To all his family and friends, please accept my condolences.

As his RCMP colleague and a dear friend, I consider Tom a dedicated member of the Force in his own unique way. His first priority in life has always been his family. Everything else, including his own career must take second place. The successes of all his children that all his friends admire are direct result of his sacrifies and dedication to them.
Tom will be remembered for his trust and friendship to me throughout the RCMP years and after our retirements.
While sad to see him leaving us, I have no doubt that Tom is going to better place. May God's perpetual light shine upon him on his way to Heavan !
