After spending Christmas at home with family, Theo passed away peacefully at Ottawa General Hospital on January 5, 2018 at age of 85. Beloved husband of Elly. Loving father of Stephen (Josee), Mary-Ann (Robin) and Ed. Cherished Opa of Nickolas, Carter, Alana, Dustin, and Joshua.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the fifth floor staff at Ottawa General Hospital for their special care during Theo’s last days.
