Ruth Linke

June 23, 1933 - May 4, 2017

On May 4th, surrounded by her family. Passed away peacefully and with dignity. Loving and devoted wife to Herbert for 59 years. Loving mother to Wayne, Julie and Sandra. She is survived by 6 granddaughters, Alyson, Erika, Shannon, Naomi, Zoe and Lily. Special thanks to the doctors and medical staff at the Ottawa Heart Institute and the Montfort Hospital for their care and compassion during a difficult period.
A Visitation will take place on Monday, May 8th at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa) from 5-8pm. The Funeral Service will take place Tuesday, May 9th at 11am at Beechwood with burial to follow.

She was very passionate about her work and had an incredible style. Even though it has been more than 25 years since we worked together I remember her with fondness
