- It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Richard at the Belleville General Hospital on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 at the age of 60. Son of the late Odilon and Pierrette Cloutier. Beloved husband to Linda Cloutier (nee Boies). Dear father to Melissa Cloutier (Michael Audenaert) and Matthew Cloutier. He will be lovingly missed by his granddaughters Emily and Kyla.

Friends are invited to pay respects at the Hall of Colours of the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood ave. Ottawa on Saturday January 26th after 1 p.m. Memorial Service will be held in the Sacred Space at 2 p.m. followed by the urn interment with military honours at the National Military Cemetery of the Canadian Forces.

If desired, donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by the family.
