Patricia Ann Plowman, 81, of Moncton, New Brunswick, died peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday September 19th, 2017 at The Embassy West Seniors Residence.

Born May 28th, 1936 in Moncton, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn and Russell Crossman. Sister to Greg (Joan), and Warren (pre-deceased).

She is survived by her loving children (and partners): Sue (Jeanette), Rob (Carolynne), and Jeff; her grandson Jordan; and her younger brother Greg (Joan), All of Ottawa, Ontario.

Her children were a constant source of pride and “bragging rights” to anyone who would bring it up in conversation. As well, the family summer trips to Parlee Beach, New Brunswick were of great source of joy for Patricia, where time with family, great seafood and good wine were always the source of wonderful stories and fond memories.

The family would like to express their gratitude and deep appreciation for the 3rd floor Nursing Staff at the Embassy West Seniors Residence for their kind and attentive care of Patricia, in her final days and hours.

The family will attend a private service at the Beachwood Cemetery on Friday September 22nd, 2017 to say their final farewells, and to fulfill Patricia’s final wishes.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, or to the Ottawa Humane Society.
