Passed away peacefully, on January 12, 2019.

Beloved wife of Phui Ha. Loving mother of Linh (Van Trieu), Minh, Lien, Quy (Som Souannhaphanh), and Bieu (Jenny Chow). Dearest grandmother of Philip and Kevin Trieu (Lorraine Li), Jessica and Megan Souannhaphanh, and Melissa and Benjamin Ha.

Friends and family are invited to visit Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery & Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 5 to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 9 to 11:00 AM, followed by a Graveside Service at 12:15 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ottawa Hospital – General Campus would be appreciated.
