Linda, Jen, Julia and family,
Our hearts go out to all of you. While these times are never easy, may you hopefully find some comfort knowing that Grammie is at peace. She has been reunited with Granddad and they are watching over all of you (so be good!!). We love you all!

Yvonne took Mom under her wing when both families were stationed in Penhold, Alberta, where their friendship was cemented. What I remember the most is her humour, which was always laced with the most elegantly spoken swear words EVER. As an impressionable teenager, she was my hero!

To think that Mom and Yvonne are together now.... God, fasten your seat belt!

Yvonne Cournoyer, quel beau nom. Very sorry to hear your mother passed away. After such a long and happy life her passing away will leave a void that only time will heal. The beautiful memories of the good times you had will keep her close.
Hugs, Pierre
