Ken passed away at the Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital in Ottawa surrounded by his family. Pre-deceased by the love of his life, Katherine Rosa Maria who passed away on July 28, 2016, Kenneth is survived by his 6 children, Nancy (Joe), Ken (Laurie), John (Karen), Alan(Phyllis), Nelson (Barb), Linda (Jim) along with his loving grandchildren and great grand-children. Ken was born in Quebec City and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University and the Technical University of Nova Scotia. He enjoyed a successful career in the pulp and paper industry in Pine Falls, Manitoba, where all his children were born, and Beaupre, Quebec. His gift with numbers, knowledge of current events, love of sports and fondness for entertaining family and friends will be remembered and cherished by all. In memory of Ken, donations can be made to the Elisabeth Bruyere foundation or a charity of your choice. In keeping with their father’s wishes, a private, family celebration of Ken’s life will be held.
