Joseph Isnard Elien

February 15, 1954 - November 15, 2018

Joseph Isnard Elien s'est éteint paisiblement, entouré de sa famille, le 15 novembre 2018. Il était âgé de 64 ans. Il laisse derrière lui sa femme bien-aimée Marise Elien, ses filles Marie Dominique Elien Massenat (mariée à Emile), et Ashley Isabel Laptiste-Gilmore (mariée à Ricardo ), sa cousine Marie Jonette Innocent, ainsi que ses trois petits-enfants. Il laisse également dans le deuil sa sœur Yvonne Elien (mariée à Raymond), et son frère Kelly Elien (marié à Denise).

La famille accueillera les parents et amis au Centre commémoratif national Beechwood le vendredi 23 novembre, de 17h à 20h. Le service funéraire et l’enterrement auront lieu le samedi 24 novembre à 10:00 et seront suivis d’une réception.

Vous pouvez témoigner de votre sympathie envers Isnard en faisant un don à l’hospice May Court.

Joseph Isnard Elien passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 64 years of age. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Marise Elien and children Marie Dominique Elien Massenat (married to Emile), Ashley Isabel Laptiste-Gilmore (married to Ricardo), cousin Marie Jonette Innocent and 3 grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his sister Yvonne Elien (married to Raymond), and brother Kelly Elien (married to Denise).

Friends and Family are invited to visit at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018. The Funeral Service and Burial will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 10 a.m. A reception will follow at the same location.

In memory of Isnard, the family would appreciate donations to the May Court Hospice.

Dear Family and friends of Joseph, may the God of all comfort be with you as you mourn your dear one. May all the good memories you shared be a source of comfort for you. I hope you find additional comfort in the promises of hope made by the God of the Bible - “God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.”—Revelation 21:3-5. Imagine a time in the future when those in the grave will be brought back to life here on earth - John 5:28, and no one will shed a single tear for pain ever again! As we all look forward to that beautiful paradise, where we can see Joseph again, i wish you God's peace.
