James "Allen" McGuire

November 7, 1963 - February 22, 2017

Passed away suddenly, on February 22, 2017. Beloved husband of Luanna Cappuccino. Cherished father of Victoria (Dustin) and James McGuire. Loving step-father of Thai (Jillian) and Kynan. Son of John “Jack” McGuire and Patricia McGuire. Brother of Kim, Karen (Rob) and John (Danie). Son-in-law of Ernie and Gail Bernique.

Allen will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends and by his canine companion, Buddy. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 25th, 2017 at The First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa, 30 Cleary Avenue, at 2 p.m. For those who wish to make a donation in Allen’s memory, may do so to The Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ottawa.

We are remembering all the wonderful times we had when Allen and his family visited with us on P.E.I. The birthday parties for Victoria and Emmalee; the games of golf; the visits to Panmure Island and Basin Head and of course the great meals we had to have at the New Glasgow Lobster suppers. We send our condolences to Pat and Jack, Luanna, Victoria, James, Kim, Karen, and John and their families.
