Precious baby boy of Cailey Walker and Trevor Freamo was born into the arms of angels on May 3, 2017. Loved by his grand-parents, Kathryn & Peter Freamo, Juanita Walker, Bruce Walker & Lynn Desjardins. Cherished nephew of Amanda, Kirsten, Andrew & Macy.

Although Jacob only spent a short time with us he was very loved and touched many lives. Our sweet angel will be forever in our hearts.

Family and friends are invited to gather Friday, May 12th. at the Beechwood Cemetery, 280 Beechwood Ave. (east of Vanier Parkway) after 2:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Sacred Space at 3:00 p.m. followed by a reception.

Special thanks to Dr. Paul McCarthy, General Hospital Labour and Delivery and Roger Neilson House.
