Isabel Margaret Evans Larson passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents, Shannon Evans and Isaac Larson, at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Cherished sister of Duncan Larson, adored niece of Aryne Evans, Anna Larson and Kate Larson, precious granddaughter of Jane and Patrick Larson, David and Linda Evans, Victoria Miller and Scott Campbell, and Gregory Miller and Kimberly Harrison, and great-granddaughter of Morris Miller.

In her six short months of life, Isabel met her many health challenges with strength, determination, character, and a grumpy chin. Her courage, calm demeanour, and expressive eyebrows touched many hearts along her journey. Her finger-holding skills were legendary at two different hospitals. Isabel is profoundly loved by so many people and will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa) for a Celebration of Isabel’s life on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with special words of remembrance spoken at 2:00 p.m. Following the Celebration of Life, the family invites you to drop in to The Earl of Sussex Pub after 4:00 p.m. (431 Sussex Drive, Ottawa.)

In lieu of flowers, a small donation in Isabel’s memory to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), Ronald McDonald House Charities, or blood donations to the Canadian Blood Services would be appreciated.
