My condolences ..while I didn't know your dad personally I remember the weekend I spent with Aunt Ettie and Uncle Homer in Howick in the late fifties. Then much later I came to know Scott at LRHS. Another of that generation gone but never forgotten.

Dear Homer, our gutbucket player at Stillwater Creek - we are so going to miss you. That twinkle in your eye, wearing your original uniform in our skits, singing solos, playing Sergent Schmeck and burping, sharing your wit and laughter with all of us - how can we ever forget you!! To Mary & Bruce & Linda and family & Beverley and family, I ask for God to bless each of you. May He ease your pain and sadness and give you strength to face the days to come without your loved one. Bonnie, the piano player

I think I speak for all the members of the Gutbucket Band at Stillwater Creek, when I say he'll be greatly missed. We could always depend on his cheerful presence and his willingness to play along with whatever "silly business" we threw at him. (His performance in "Kiss Me Goodnight Sergeant Major" was the highlight of many a Remembrance Day concert. We may have to change the name of the band, now that our gutbucket player has left us, but we'll continue making music in the joyful and humour-filled tradition he helped inspire. We'll miss you, Homer. RIP. Pat Milne

My condolences. Homer was a cousin of my Dad, William Morrow, and I remember him and his family from my early days in Dalesville. My thoughts are with you all.
