Eveline passed away Thursday morning with her loving daughter at her side, following a long illness. She was predeceased by her parents Romeo and Marguerite Larocque, her husband Clifford Kelso, and her cherished sons Danny and Randy. She will be remembered fondly by her three sisters Aline, Jeannine, and Connie. She leaves behind her daughter Valerie, son-in-law John, grandchildren Daniel (Sarah) and Amanda (Scott), and beloved great-grandchildren Wesley and Blair.

Eveline was a fiercely independent woman who enjoyed a long career in the federal government and traveled around the world both for business and pleasure. Her presence at Sunday dinners will be sadly missed by her close family.
