Dey, Eric Arnold passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, November 06, 2017 at the age of 87. He was the beloved husband of Betty Dey (predeceased) for 60 years.
Loving father of Deborah (Rheal), Katherine (Andrew), Sandra, Keith (predeceased) and Jennifer. Cherished grandfather of Melanie (Jamie), Eric (Kate), Christopher, Colin, Isabelle and Matthew and great-grandfather to Olivia. Dear brother of Bill, Harry (predeceased), Thelma (predeceased), and beloved son of the late Ellen and Percival Dey.


Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating Eric's life on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Beechwood Cemetery at 2:00 pm followed by interment and a reception.


In memory of Eric, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated, in lieu of flowers.


The family would also like to extend their gratitude to all the doctors and nurses that cared for Eric at the Ottawa Cancer Clinic and most recently through the Champlain LHIN Ottawa's palliative care and a special thanks to Dr. Michael Phillipowsky.
