Passed peacefully at the Montfort Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife Irene Hélène MacDonald; mother and father, Lillian (O'Leary) and Harold; his brother, Roy; and sisters, Betty and Joan. He is remembered by his children , Glen (Karen), Jac (Karin), Michael (Aileen), Theresa (Brian deceased), Daniel, Paul (Nancy), Anne-Marie (Rolland); grandchildren , Kimberley, Marilyn, Kevin, Randi, Darby, Leela, Keith, Lisa, Christine, Jaemie, Aaron, Andrew, Austin, Nicholas, Alexa; great-grandchildren, Zoë, Lucille, Sophia, Benjamin, Dayna, Emma, Bryanna, and Kiera. Friends and family are invited to visit at Beechwood Cemetery and Funeral Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa from 4:30 to 7:30 PM on Wednesday April 5, 2017. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Parish, 2571 Highway 174, Cumberland, Ontario, Thursday April 6, 2017 at 1:00 o'clock with interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
