Unexpectedly at the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus on Monday March 19, 2018 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Switzer CD. Cherished mother of Ronald William (deceased) and Wendy Borsato. Proud Nanny to Kristina (Karl Fearon) and Katherine; and doting great Nanny of Braxton Fearon. Survived by her sister Barbara (late Percy Shelley) and brother Doug (Jane). Predeceased by her parents Della (née Kane) and Patrick Morris and several siblings.
Friends are invited to visit on Thursday May 10th at Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Ave. (east of Vanier Varkway) after 9 a.m. A Celebration of Doreene's Life will e held in the Sacred Space at 11 a.m. followed by a reception.
