Deborah (Debbie) Ogilvie

OGILVIE, Deborah (Debbie)
Passed away peacefully in the early morning of June 3, 2017 at the age of 61. Daughter of Betty and the late Ronald Bird. Beloved wife of Graeme. Loving mother of Iain David (Katherine) and Geoffrey Scott. Cherished grandmother of Braeden. Sister of William Bird. Debbie was an incredibly talented cross-stitcher and quilter, but her favourite pastime was taking her beloved Lhasa Apso “Licorice” for long walks three to four times every day. Family and friends are invited to visit at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue (East of Vanier Parkway), Sunday June 11, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday June 12, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral Service at 11 a.m. in the Sacred Space. The family would especially like to thank Dr Gertler and all the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff of the Ottawa General Hospital, 5th floor east, for all their incredible and caring support over the past three years. In memory of Debbie, donations to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. Tributes may be sent via www.beechwoodottawa.ca
