I met Colin on Xbox playing COD in October 2017, while I was in Kuwait with my dad and he was in Lebanon with his. We became instant friends, his sense of humor matching mine as well as his love for the game. I never got the chance to meet him in person seeing as I live in Florida, and he moved back home to Canada. My dad gave him the nickname Chino, and my mom called him Spoon Man. My toddler heard his male voice on the headset and called him dada ONCE and it was an inside joke ever since. I will miss his jokes, his long conversations, and his contagious laugh. He was such a wonderful person, and a great friend even miles away. Rest easy Chino β€οΈπ
My heart is with you Carol..our Colin is with the angels now...rest in peace son ...xx maureen
Colin was a wonderful kind hearted man who meant a lot to me and the group he played call of duty with online. Although it was only a game it brought us together over the man miles and made us a family as one. It brings me great sorrow and pain to see one of the most caring men I have met pass away in an instant. It breaks my heart, to know that he was here for me when I wanted to have a decent game of war with someone any day of the week. I could go on for hours and write up a book on our time spent on the xbox parties but I must keep it short, you will be missed dearly Colin by me and everyone who knew you.
I am so sorry Colin.. I wish I could talk to you one more time. Iβm sorry
