Bruce passed away on November 28, 2018 in his 77th year.

Brother of Betty Bianchini, the late John Arthur Higgs and the late Joan Coates. Bruce was also the beloved son of the late Marguerite Higgs.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff of Hilltop Manor and to the staff at the Merrickville Residence for the care provided to Bruce over the years.
