Passed away peacefully at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa on Tuesday, December 19, 2017; age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Vernon Williams. Loving mother of Susan Thibault (Dean). Cherished grandmother of David (Angela). Great-grandmother of Delilah and Dean. Sister of Bunny (Cecile), Shirley (Harvey), Billy, Beverly (Pat) and Barbara (Maurice). Daughter of the late Leah Gauthier and late Metro Moskaluk. Predeceased by siblings Ghislaine, Mona, June (Pierre), Carl (Lillian), Gail (Marcel) and Bobby (Madeleine). Betty will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the sixth-floor staff at the Montfort Hospital for their amazing care. Special thanks, also to Linda Vu and the staff at Elmsmere Villa for the love and kind care that they provided to Betty over the last few years.

Funeral Arrangements under the care and direction of Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services. A Memorial Mass will be held at Annunciation of Our Lord Catholic Church (2414 Ogilvie Road, Gloucester) on Friday, December 29th, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the spring at Beechwood Cemetery.
