Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Friday October 13, 2017, Beatrix Harris (née Barker) at the age of 59. Beloved wife of Frank Harris. Loving mother of Christopher and Alexandra (Grant Kirschner). Dear sister of Macarena and Mayra (Denis Fortier). Beloved sister-in-law of Donna Harris (Gary Hiscock). She is survived by her niece Jennifer Young and her nephew Kevin Young. Family will receive relatives and friends at the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa (East of Vanier parkway) on Friday October 20, 2017 from 1 p.m. Funeral Service in the Sacred Space at 2 p.m. Flowers may be sent to Beechwood. For those wishing, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Bea was a firecracker, and so full of life! She was high spirited, enthusiastic and absolutely warm and fuzzy all at the same time. She loved her work and we loved Bea. So sorry for your huge loss. Deepest sympathy from the bottom of my heart ❤️
